When we worked as a team!!

“Bunking” – The key word in every college student’s dictionary. The reason for bunking??Well, just being out of class is reason enough!!So, my friends and me decided to bunk. We left our department and starting walking the looooong distance towards the college entrance. On we marched, with the happiness that’s uniquely associated with our age. Trouble came to “ the unsuspecting “ us in the form of the imposing security guards. When they asked us the usual formality sake question of “ hostellites / day scholars ? ”, we confidently chorused day scholars. And then came the twist – we were simply told to return. Frustrated and shocked, we asked the reason and this somehow triggered the menacing guard and he started shouted at us. Not used to such treatment, we started arguing back but this did not get us anywhere. Whatever we said didn’t pacify the guards and so from this side of the gate we tearfully watched PTC buses passing our college.

While this was going on one side, some talented students slithered away unnoticed. Even when we pointed out this , the guards never took off their watchful eyes away from us. Thus, right in front of us fellow students escaped. Unable to bear this injustice, we put our heads together to formulate a master plan….While we were discussing two of our hyperactive friends started walking outside thinking they wouldn’t be watched and hoping to be uncaught. But our hawk-eyed guards blocked them and once again told them to return.

The sight of our friends in trouble motivated us to get into action and my friend and myself joined them expecting the rest of them to come along with us. But they had stopped halfway.The guard started shouting at the four of us and this brought all of them near us. And to add to our many more students started coming out. Unable to tackle so many of us the guard ran back inside. Just then a bus came to transport us to away from this mess. Thus succeeded our “ team work ”.
